Dear State Exchange Members,

I wanted to let you know that we are in the process of transitioning to a new name and address for State Exchange. It will be called "State Alumni," as this title better describes the purpose of the site. The new address will be https://alumni.state.gov, although the old address (https://statexchange.state.gov) will continue to work for many months to come. All alumni who registered at State Exchange will automatically become members of State Alumni and can use the same login information that they have been using all along. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this transition.

I also wanted to let you know that from July 21 to 25, I will be traveling to Minsk and Gomel, Belarus to meet with alumni. If you are in one of those cities, I would love to meet with you! While I am traveling, please keep in mind that I may not be able to answer your messages as quickly as usual. I will check e-mail, but not as often as when I am in the office.
